There is no separate solo plan. Essential is the same standardised service for everyone, and that standardisation is what keeps it accessible. For a serious independent professional, it means a real website on your own domain, a clear service menu and a structured way for clients to reach you. We cannot promise more bookings; what we can promise is that you will be presented properly.

Pricing transparency

What you pay for

One-time setup fee: Covers the implementation defined in your plan: configuration, standard workflows, testing and onboarding.
Monthly subscription: Ongoing platform access, hosting of your standard website, platform maintenance and support according to your plan.
Optional add-ons: Extra staff calendars, locations, pages, workflows or integrations, quoted when you need them.
Third-party usage fees: WhatsApp, SMS and email usage, payment processing and other third-party services are charged by usage and are not included in the subscription.
Custom implementation: Work outside your plan’s scope, such as custom design, integrations or development, is quoted separately before it starts.

Support & billing

Support and billing, clearly defined

Platform support: Help with how the service works and with technical issues, at the level your plan includes.
Maintenance: Standard platform maintenance and hosting of your standard website are part of the monthly subscription.
Billing: Your setup fee, recurring charges and any applicable third-party fees are set out in your written agreement.

Support is provided according to your plan; it is not unlimited, and response times are only guaranteed where agreed in a contract. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written agreement.

Pricing questions

What does the one-time setup fee cover?

The implementation defined in your plan and confirmed in your written agreement, including configuration, testing and onboarding. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately.

Are WhatsApp, SMS and email messages included?

No. Messaging usage is charged separately according to usage, as are payment processing fees and other third-party services.

Is there a cheaper plan for one independent stylist?

No. Essential is the starting plan for everyone, including independent professionals, at $700 setup plus $100 per month.

Can I buy online today?

Getting started is assisted. Send us your details, we confirm the scope with you, and then we send your agreement. There is no self-service checkout.

Can I move from Essential to Professional later?

Yes. Upgrading adds capacity and capabilities. Additional implementation and subscription charges may apply, and we confirm them before any change.

Why are prices in US dollars?

All plans are priced in USD in every country. We do not publish regional prices or convert them into local currencies.
